FAQs
How long can my episodes be?
Our standard services produce a typical podcast of under 60 minutes. Talk to us about creating a custom package for you if your episodes typically run longer than that.
How long does it take to edit?
You’ll normally have your edited episode back within 3 days (often sooner), unless there are extensive recording quality issues or extenuating circumstances beyond our control (like a multi-day state-wide internet outage-- yikes!)
What is your experience?
Our founder, Jennifer Robin O'Keefe, has been working in professional audio & video production for over 10 years, including producing for television. She has personally managed the editing and publication of 400+ episodes in the last 4 years, as well as managing podcast advertisers and guests.
Can you edit my videos too?
Yes, we offer video production services. We’ll work with you to create a custom package based on your specific needs and goals. See some of our work on the Om WOW Podcast YouTube channel.
What is volume leveling?
Ever wonder why when you’re listening to a show, sometimes the advertisements are blaring? Or why you have to turn your volume waaaay up to hear some YouTube videos? It’s because some audio & video is produced below or beyond the normal standard level of -16 LUFS (Loudness Units Full Scale) for audio and -14 LUFS for video. We take care of this for you to ensure your podcast sounds consistent on all platforms.
What if I don’t have an episode ready to send this week?
If your recording schedule unexpectedly changed (maybe your guest didn’t show), you may roll an episode into the next week beyond when it was due. We’ll do our best to produce any late submitted episodes within 3 days, but our normally scheduled clients will take priority.
